My Expertise

Strategic Design & Service Design

I’m a creative thinker with a knack for identifying patterns and translating design elements to business impact. My work focuses on how we can better design our communities and the services that support them to create a more equitable and sustainable future for the people who live in them. Always asking questions. Obsessed with understanding how things work.

Breaking new ground in real estate

URBAN LAND INSTITUTE

I’m a graduate associate with the Homeless to Housed initiative at Urban Land Institute. My role is to help shape the initiative, facilitate support to local district councils, and synthesize insights from key activities to inform operations.

As a team, we conduct research studies, evangelize best practices, and create opportunities for leaders in the real estate industry to convene to advance local solutions to housing and homelessness.
